Deloitte Ireland is a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL). They provide audit, tax, consulting, and corporate finance services to public and private clients spanning multiple industries. We managed the refurbishment of their Cork city offices which are located on 2 floors within a modern office building in the heart of the business centre. The project was undertaken with very little disruption to their busy working environment; the live office environment was maintained throughout the works.
Works included:
- New floor & wall finishes throughout
- Services upgrade including new lighting, modifications to the fire & smoke alarm system
- Manufacture & installation of bespoke reception desk & feature glass wall with lighting
- Installation of new modern staff kitchen facilities
- Modifications to existing glazed joinery partitions within the client facing areas
- Management of installation of new loose furniture to all areas including co-ordination of electrical works to open plan offices areas & meeting rooms
- Supply & installation of new glazed partition system throughout the open plan office areas
- Re-planning of existing client boardroom which included a new media wall with upgraded AV equipment
- Supply & installation of upgraded AV equipment to all meeting rooms
